Right, I should've been more clear.  I set the TCPAddr and TCPSocket, and
removed the LocalSocket and FixStaleSocket lines.  I then stopped / started
clamd.

I must've just done something in the wrong order or started / stopped clamd
improperly or SOMETHING.
The amavisd.conf line works fine, and Clam is scanning on TCP now.
