Look for a related bug report on http://bugs.debian.org. If there is none, report the bug. At any rate, this is a debian packaging issue, not a clamav one.

PS It is a good idea to know this before running "unstable". It's a little safer to run "testing" instead, if you aren't that comfortable with running into such issues at times.
