The port is quite stable but I can't say that it's works very good. It has
several problems:
 - Clamd is uninstable if you tried to kill it by any way (kill -HUP, -TERM
...)
 - Clamdscan is uninstable (if you kill it while scanning, clamd will
continue scanning and stops accepting connections)
 - Clamscan has a core dump

All this problems comes back to me for support, I'm working on them.

On my box (which is not a production system) I use clamd and clamav-milter
and everything is working fine without any problems for 2-3 weeks.
But I don't think it's safe to use it in production.
