Just tried the latest CVS with exactly the same result. With the following
inside a mail file (I've stripped the mime headers incase of over-sensitive
filters) it gets through:

Content-Type: application/mac-binhex40; name="eicar.com"
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="eicar.com"

(This file must be converted with BinHex 4.0)

)+dJU$3U'"`!!:

Having run the mail through uudeview and decoded that part clam picks it up
just fine.
