I'd think that first thing to do would be to extract the real
attachment from this message and use this as starting point. It is
also possible, that problem is with mime unpacker of clamav and it's
actally recognize. And if the attachment itself is not recognized by
clamav, then you can go on from there - there is actually HOWTO for
that.
