You don't say what you are using to quarantine, but if using MailScanner then I think Mailwatch for MailScanner might do what you want

Sorry, I was confused and wrote to the wrong ML, it was supposed to go to the amavisd ML. Maybe I should go sleeping earlier ;-)

I'm using amavisd-new which stores the quarantined mails (SPAM and Viruses) all
in the same directory.
