ASK (Active Spam Killer) is so cool! I really like the idea of the challenge/confirm mechanisim. I only set this up on accounts that are big targets of spam (or, if the user requests it.) It fits quite nicely into my MailScanner/SpamAssassin/VirusScanning scheme of things.
