Now, something completely different, wouldn't it be usefull to have some 'spare' viruses of the latest detected available somewhere? (web/ftp site?)
*NEVER* post live viruses to a public web/ftp site. It just spreads them (via search engines, etc).
Would be a neat way to show management it does indeed work like a breeze..
That is what test virus files are for. Not real virus files.
Any opinions on this?
If you really want to do this, then save your virus payloads to a floppy or cdrom or something for local use. And don't put it on a windows machine, or other machine likely to be infected.
