I am talking about a different matter, where I want the name of the host
running milter to be included in the logs This is _not_ the same host
as the one that is running clamd, so when clamd reports a virus, I have
to check the logs on all my mailservers to find the right one.

(Ya, Ya, I know I can syslog to a central logserver and grep the logs
there, but the timestamp in each log is not neccesarily in sync and
there are several issues with this kind of setup).
