Mailscanner.  quarantines into a separate directory for each day.

But otherwise just change my wording to "any file older than 2 weeks"
since that is what I'm really using with the unix find command...

That would work.  I do it manually though...

At least long enough to let it hit your backup tapes, assuming you do
backups (and you do run backups, right???).
