Have you installed the milter SDK yet? As I said, the milter won't build without that.

You dont't have installed sendmail with milter support. Your log shows
checking whether setpgrp takes no argument... no checking libmilter/mfapi.h usability... no checking libmilter/mfapi.h presence... no checking for libmilter/mfapi.h... no checking for __gmpz_init in -lgmp... no
You must compile sendmail with it.

Now drweb changes its price politics (and IMHO not so succesfull as desired), and almost ALL russian AV market goes to Kaspersky AV or its opensource competitors ;)
