I seem to remember last time this came up that there was a plan to include some sort of info regarding the classification of the virus (executable, macro, script, that sort of thing) as well as either a URL or some sort of index number which could be used to reference a list of further details about the specific virus. I think this was associated with the plan to change the database format for the virus signatures, however all of this could just be an indication over my sheer optimism and an over-active imagination.
