On the other hand, it's being detected by older versions of ClamAV:

$ clamscan -V
clamscan / ClamAV version 0.60+BugFixesFromCVS-20030916

$ clamscan videos.zip
videos.zip: TR/XEV.Dialer FOUND

----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Known viruses: 12013

And:

$ ~/progs/clamav/instal/bin/clamscan -V
clamscan / ClamAV version devel-20031117

$ ~/progs/clamav/instal/bin/clamscan videos.zip
videos.zip: TR/XEV.Dialer FOUND

----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Known viruses: 11984

A blind shot: does it make a difference if you run
'clamscan -r videos.zip'?...
