First I've installed debian package libmilter-dev which is necessary. I've added user and group for clamav, fetched the latest version of clamav. Run ./configure --enable-milter --sysconfdir=/etc
One warning when ./configure: WARNING: GNU MP 2 or newer NOT FOUND - digital signature support will be disabled ! Guess it has nothing to do with it. Make gives errors in the end: make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../docs/clamav-milter.8', needed by `all-am'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/gein/src/clamav-0.65/clamav-milter' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make install gives me this errors: make[1]: Entering directory `/home/gein/src/clamav-0.65/clamav-milter' make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../docs/clamav-milter.8', needed by `all-am'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/gein/src/clamav-0.65/clamav-milter' make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 And after that there is no clamav-milter. What am I doing wrong here?
