Please notice that configure only checks for the BZ2_ absence:

AC_CHECK_LIB(bz2, bzReadOpen, AC_DEFINE(NOBZ2PREFIX),)

so this is not an error and your installation should be able to scan
bzip2 archives. You can verify it with `ldd
/usr/local/lib/libclamav.so`.
