Is this connected with database reloading ?
Hi, I have the same problem, and I don't think it's related with database reloading because it happens any time, not only when reloading the databases. BTW, I'm using stable release 0.60 in RH8/9 boxes. A little more info, normally there is only one clamd process and when it stops responding, there are 3 processess (1 in defunct condition). The log show a "Session 0 stopped due to timeout" when it happens, and after that, all the following connections stall.
Thanks for your help

I didn't have monitoring on clamd in place until today so I couldn't tell you. When it fails again I'll get paged and will be able to do some more investigation. (Previously, I have discoverd my mx servers defering mail after many hours...)
