You should look at Viralator (http://viralator.loddington.com) and Squirm (http://squirm.foote.com.au), since Squid alone isn't enough. There might be other solutions that are better, but I'ven't tried them - example DansGuardian (http://www.pcxperience.org/dgvirus) Please note that scanning a proxy session is quite different that scanning an e-mail.
