I forgot to mention I also tried editing /etc/clamav.conf: ClamukoExcludePath /foo/bar/something with spaces/tmp I also tried ClamukoExcludePath "/foo/bar/something with spaces/tmp" and ClamukoExcludePath /foo/bar/something\ with\ spaces/tmp
