ERROR: bind() error: Permission denied
This permission denied error is a result of an attempt to bind to a local or TCP socket. If you're using a Unix Domain Socket, check the LocalSocket entry in your clamav.conf file. You'll need to ensure that the location specified can be written to by the user who is running clamd (in your case qmailq)
