make certain you've got unzip, untar, unrar, unzoo, etc. installed.
Seems like there was a whole pile of perl prerequisites listed - make
certain you've got the latest modules downloaded from CPAN, particularly
MIME::Base64   (MIME-Base64-x.xx)
MIME::Parser   (MIME-Tools-x.xxxx)
Mail::Internet (MailTools-1.58 or later have workarounds for Perl 5.8.0
bugs)
