I'm trying to use the option "VirusEvent", in clamav.conf, but with no result!
Just to test it, I have this option (to eject the cdrom):
VirusEvent /usr/bin/eject /dev/cdrom
(the eject command run perfectly from the shell)
Then, I restart the clamd service and I run clamav, using "clamscan" or "clamdscan", on the Eicar-Test-Signature file. The "virus" is correctly detected and the logfile (clamd.log) has the following line, at the end:
<< /home/AnUser/eicarcom.zip Eicar-Test-Signature FOUND InVirusAction COMMAND: /usr/bin/eject /dev/cdrom Executing: /usr/bin/eject /dev/cdrom >>
... but the CD is not ejected!!!
Do you know why it doesn't work????
Thanks a lot!

P.S (1): I use clamav-0.61-0.20030806.2mdk.rpm (in Linux Mandrake 9.1)
P.S (2): The command that I would like to use, in VirusEvent, is: VirusEvent /bin/echo "%f: %v" >> /home/AnUser/VIRUS-FOUND.txt
