Hi - I've been having a look on the archives and can't seem to see anything relevant - so any help much appreciated.
I've just installed ClamAV 0.60 on a RedHat 7.0 i386 machine from source. It seemed to configure and compile OK. I then updated the virus database and tested clamscan on eicar.com. But clamscan just dumps a core file. Is this a known issue? When I ran freshclam before I ran the above test, it took a while to update but said "done" in the end. It didn't take me back to the prompt though so I did a CTRL-C. Could that be the problem?
