Everything depends on the dazuko configuration. If you have it compiled with support for OnClose scanning, then nobody will be able to save infected (and detected by clamd) file in /samba. With standard compilation one can save the infected file, but the access (OnRead) will be blocked. clamd doesn't support virus events, this will be added in the incoming 0.61 version and then you will be able to setup some samba related alert. There's a samba module for virus scanning, but the author (a member of OpenAntiVirus team) isn't going to implement ClamAV support. You can use some older snapshot and the option ScannerDaemonOutputFormat (unhappily all the snapshots have been recently deleted). I can write a patch for samba-vscan if you really need it.
