No, he won't.

Everything depends on the dazuko configuration. If you have it compiled
with support for OnClose scanning, then nobody will be able to save infected
(and detected by clamd) file in /samba. With standard compilation one can
save the infected file, but the access (OnRead) will be blocked. clamd
doesn't support virus events, this will be added in the incoming 0.61
version and then you will be able to setup some samba related alert.
There's a samba module for virus scanning, but the author (a member of
OpenAntiVirus team) isn't going to implement ClamAV support. You can use
some older snapshot and the option ScannerDaemonOutputFormat (unhappily
all the snapshots have been recently deleted). I can write a patch for
samba-vscan if you really need it.
