I am having the same issues on OpenBSD 3.1 that I had with the previous snaps.
/usr/libexec/ld.so: Undefined symbol "_pthread_self" called from clamscan:/usr/local/lib/libclamav.so.1.2 at 0x400332d8
I haven't tried it on OpenBSD 3.3 yet, but I expect the same results.

As Nigel Horne answered you on tuesday: Use the "--disable-threads" option to configure then rebuild.
