I believe it's required by POSIX.  Anyhow, I do have that.  I forgot to 
mention that I checked for that.

Ah, I didn't realize it did that when run manually.  Nevertheless the 
permissions should be ok.

If I had a decent traffic analyzer handy I'd look deeper into the 
conversation.
