I also run an (amavis-ng based) email gateway with 3 antivirus (Clam+2 commercial ones). Indeed, this week-end the 2 commercial antivirus found some emails infected with W32.Sobig, but Clam didn't notice. It should be easy to patch amavis-ng to zip the emails where the commercial antivirus find a virus but not Clam and email them somewhere... Chris are you also using amavis-ng ?
