I'm having the same issue on both my work machines and my home machines 
(completely different ISPs and backbones) and there is NO proxy or caching 
server in use.
There is definitely something wrong getting to port 80 on 
clamav.elektrapro.com from the eastern US. Has been this way since Dec 31
