Hello Eric,
Stop relying on support contracts and run whetever you want yourself. If that
is not easy for you, I know a couple of experienced sysadmins who can consult
for you at very reasonable costs.
Running something like Exim+spamassassin+clamav is something that will take
you like 2 days to setup. And you can get all support from public forums.
What you are saying is that you are enslaved by this support agreement. What
is your work then? To monitor the box and report anything suspicious to the
support team??
