w32api defines now in /usr/include/w32api/objidl.h:

DATADIR_GET=1,
DATADIR_SET
} DATADIR;
This is used in cygwin and mingw.
This clashes with our config #define DATADIR "somedir"
I propose renaming that to DBDIR or CLAMAV_DATADIR.
The upcoming cygwin clamav-0.95.1 build will use CLAMAV_DATADIR.
