Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to add a 3rd virus signature file.
We currently have main.cvd and daily.cvd.
I have a windows virus .exe that I have reported to clamav web site, but
no updates have been made to the current .cvd files for a number of
weeks now.
I know it probably takes time for developers to add every new virus, so
I thought it would be good if there was an option for me to add my own,
to cover the period between me detecting it, and clamav developers
including it in their signatures.
For now, I just want it to be a full checksum of the uncompressed binary
file.
Is this feature currently available in clamav, or will I have to add it
myself?
