Hello, I have working VCs (port based) with this syntax:
interface GigabitEthernet0/11 switchport trunk allowed vlan none switchport mode trunk mtu xxxx service instance 1 ethernet encapsulation untagged , dot1q 1-4094 ! l2vpn xconnect context xxxxx member GigabitEthernet0/11 service-instance 1 member x.x.x.x 10001 encapsulation mpls ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ However I'm not able to set MTU for vlan based VCs with the same syntax: interface TenGigabitEthernet0/2 ! [many other service instances] ! service instance 930 ethernet encapsulation dot1q 930 rewrite ingress tag pop 1 symmetric ! l2vpn xconnect context 10003 member TenGigabitEthernet0/2 service-instance 930 member x.x.x.x 10003 encapsulation mpls The VC retains the MTU of the physical interface and I'm not happy with that ! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ With the "old" xconnect syntax under the service instance I could set MTU...
