[c-nsp] xconnect

HiI always face issues when configuring xconnect between Serial interface (the 
first CE) and FastEthernet interface (the second CE)When simulating it on GNS3 
what should I consider , MTU? Where should I change the MTU value across the 
whole path ? or just on the Serial point to point connection
