don't think this is possible, so you would need to do it manually when
you are using discrete values for EIGRP tag:
route-map foo permit 10
match tag <x>
set community <x>
!
route-map foo permit 20
match tag <y>
set community <y>
!
<etc>
Not really scalable to do this for all 4294967296 possible tag values
