Traffic too bursty, output buffers too tiny.

As far as our experience with 2960Gs goes, the only way to achieve that
is to buy a Force10 switch. The small Cisco switches do not seem to handle
bursty switch very well.

(You can turn *off* "mls qos". On the 2960, turning on QoS means "take
the tiny buffers, and split them into 4 different queues" - and unless
your traffic distributes to multiple queues, this just causes "more drops")
