Hello, We're about to buy setup a new batch of IP SLA/RTR units and are looking at the C2800 for the purpose. I can see from FN that IP Base apparantly doesn't do IP SLA/RTR, and that we have to get Enterprise Base for that. Can this be true?
I only have C2800 Enterprise Base in production right now, but we have a lot of C2600 IP Feature Set (12.3(26)) routers doing RTR now. Do we have to shell out the extra ££ for the Enterprise Base or do anyone have any other ideas for rack mountable RTR units? Thank you.
