above, August the basic idea how to get things in sync again. But I guess
in your case you rather need the move in the other direction, because, as
you wrote, inserting the title on the video track displaces all other
material behind the insertion point.
Thus, if I understand your situation right, you rather want to move the
sound tracks by the same amount to the right?
To achieve this, after inserting the still image for the title, you can do
the following:
- double click on the still image, to create a selection which spans exactly
the time amount of the displacement
- make sure that *only* the audio tracks are "armed" and all other tracks,
including the video is "disarmed" (disabled)
- from the Edit menu, select "insert silence". This should insert an empty
time span on the sound tracks with exactly the duration of your selection.
...hopefully this brings your sound track back into sync again
