[CinCV] Ping Raffa re: Blackmagic

Hi Raffa
Could you point me to the 2 supposed applications included with the
blackmagic sdk, It says look for them in osx samples/docs but I'm not seeing
it. I've successfully got the module loaded and firmware is up to date just
need some usage guidance. Built from source on Gentoo (Sabayon 4.2)
