If you're keyframing the fade, you can click on the fader in the patch bay, then use the arrow keys to adjust it up and down. If you have "generate keyframes while tweeking" set to on, then a keyframe will be created as you adjust the fade up and down.
I'm not sure of a way to adjust the levels using the arrow keys for other things that are keyframable, like camera position.
