Hi Richard! This vote makes me a bit uncomfortable. I'm the one who sorted out the "preferred choices". I did that knowing the final decision was going to be taken by the devs involved. Obviously I'm not one of them. My work is quite partial, meaning that my personal taste played an important role especially in taking names out of the rubbish bin. My sorting work was meant as a guide to not-any-more-Cinelerra3 devs reading *the whole page*. Many potentially good names are left out from your list. E.g.: "Cinphony" or "Cindie" could become acceptable modifying the spelling. Maybe this vote can be an useful opinion poll.
