I am not really part of the "Cinelerra Developers", so I do not mean to speak for them, but I would recommend to spend money on "resources", rather than individuals, because those that do code, already do so for free, so supporting their work would eventually be of benefit to more people, and it will be much cheaper than trying to pay a developer for working full time on cinelerra. Have you seen my "Build Farm" Proposal? This is what I was thinking about.
