Have you considered putting the .iso file up on bittorrent?

There are hosts around, such as vps hosts, that will let you keep
persistent processes running. They wouldn't have a problem with you
seeding a torrent, especially since it's your own IP and totally legal. 

It would just be a matter of paying for any excess bandwidth, and this
would be better than straight http since torrents share the bandwidth.
