[CinCVS] installing sinelerra

I have sinlerra in synaptic packages to install in ubuntu studio. When i 
mark it, it wants to install dependancies.  libmjepgtools 0 but says 
(not installable)  also libquicktime hv  states but is not going to be 
installed.   I can't mark and install cinelerra.
Is there a solution to this?   I am using a HP pavilion a720 n  with 
ubuntu studio 7.04
