 Or completely right.  The USA has software patents,
which is kind of a regulation of ideas.  And those are
indeed at odds with a completely free market.

 But we are straying off-topic here.

 We ought to consider a single place to host important
files, for the sake of ease and reliability.  A cron job
using wget will suffice.
 If that single domain is blocked by a nanny filter, those 
behind the nanny filter can put up a mirror.
