I used to be a pretty good FORTRAN IV programmer, but this "C" stuff is
like black magic. If I could get used to it I'd offer to fix what I
could, but as it is I might just manage testing someone's code. It's a
big contribution writing free software, although I applaud the effort
and the spirit of the thing. The people who wrote Cinelerra are true
heros to me. Yes it would be lovely to have it record, but Kino does
that. Hey, if Kino is free S/W, why not just liberate the code and then
match styles and compile? Isn't that what free S/W is all about?
