Well, Firefox and Safari and "Open in new window" first and "Open in
new tab" second.

IndigoHomme, I'm really curious as to the reason for this suggestion.
Firstly, is your muscle memory locked because you used Firefox or
Safari?

Or perhaps you are just used to IE, having "Open in new tab" as the
second position in the context menu?  So not necessarily switching new
window/new tab, just as long as "Open in new tab" is second?
