Actually you should do this: cp /usr/lib/opera/plugins/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/chromium-browser/ plugins/
But I supose that will work with Firefox too cp /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/chromium- browser/plugins/ otherwise it gives me some error. That flash cannot be loaded!
