Is it possible to cooperate with board or bios manufacturers to place a READONLY eeprom
that has a SOFTWARE just for reporting CHECKSUM and verison of the KERNAL to the GOOGLE servers. so servers can check the version number and checksum of the kernal to verify the KERNAL IS NOT CHANGED. than the kernal will check the rest of the operating system for any harmfull change. this way it would be %100 guaranteed the OS is not altered. no virus , no trojan.... JUST IT needs a READONLY eeprom with a checksum SOFTWARE and GOOGLE servers for verification. -- Chromium Discussion mailing list: [email protected] View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss
