Rodney; Lubuntu 20.04 has the same problem. "runtime org.freedesktop.Platform/x86_64/19.08" is depreciated and no longer available. There is nothing that you are doing that is wrong or incorrect. There is supposed to be a workaround to fix it. I have not tested it yet. I'll play with it tonight, see if the workaround works.
