A mail list, or reflector as it is commonly called by some, is, by definition, 
"reply all" - you explicitly signed on to see each question and in turn, any 
responses that question generates.

If, after reading a message in the thread you decide you are no longer 
interested in the thread, it is on you to ignore follow-up responses.

Some mail list tools, like groups.io, allow subscribers to 'mute' a topic and 
no longer receive responses to the 'muted' thread. This mail list does not 
offer such a facility.
