i have reboot .. but this will not work .. with my usb cable i think :(
the original Driver is from my cable .. the CH340 the Prolific driver
will not work ..

Try this driver, it is the old one. Does it work?
If not, reboot and update driver so we can see what driver you are using.
If you could show us the name and version date of the ORIGINAL driver,
it would help.
We are missing that info.
Hopefully you will have tried the old Prolific driver and now CHIRP
will work.

It will tell you everything you need to do to get your cable working.
But first just make sure that you press the cable end with the
two pins very firmly into the microphone socket on the Wouxun.

I'm guessing you have a counterfeit Prolific type chip in your cable.
The page above will show you what to do. If this is the problem,
you will have to do this each time you use programming software
with Windows because of the counterfeit chip in the cable.
Otherwise buy a genuine WOUXUN cable or this:
